Inception

systems from market leaders. Commercial interiors don’t have to be simply ‘functional’. - Access to system designers, where creativity has no boundaries.
- Free estimates.

Pre-Construction
- Full participation in pre-contract and planning meetings where required
(although video participation may still be necessary during Covid
constraints). - Collaborative approach to value engineering.
- Exploring practical solutions for potential build issues, which can
sometimes arise from building or design constraints. - Approved supply chain
- Access to technical expertise.
- Comprehensive method statement and risk assessment submission.

Construction Phase
- A dedicated Contract Manager.
- Supervision.
- A skilled workforce - Our own employed trades and labour.
- Full participation in progress and safety management meetings.
- Quality performance monitoring.
- Timely response to construction issues and ownership of responsibility.
- Contacts for emergency / out of hours.
- Externally endorsed safety management procedures.
